Overview
monetize.global provides tools that help businesses respond to Instagram messages and manage conversation workflows. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to people and businesses using our services.
Information We Collect
When a business connects an Instagram professional account, we may receive account identifiers, usernames, access tokens, webhook subscription status, message metadata, message text, conversation history, timestamps, and operational logs needed to provide the autoresponder service.
For staff dashboard access, we may process staff user identifiers, verified email addresses, display names, session tokens, and login timestamps.
How We Use Information
We use this information to connect Instagram accounts, receive webhook events, send automated replies, display conversation and delivery history, troubleshoot service issues, secure account access, and comply with platform requirements.
Instagram And Meta Data
Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to operate the connected business account's messaging workflow. We do not sell Instagram message data or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help run the product, with platform providers such as Meta when required to operate the integration, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention And Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, troubleshoot delivery, and meet legal obligations. A connected tenant can be disconnected or deleted, which removes stored tenant credentials and associated conversation records from the active service database.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards including encrypted token storage, restricted staff access, and authenticated administrative tools. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect service data against unauthorized access.
Your Choices
Businesses may disconnect Instagram accounts, request deletion of tenant data, or ask questions about data handling. Instagram users may also manage connected apps and permissions through Instagram and Meta account settings.
